Todd is best known as the real estate agent on “Love it or List it Vancouver", but he has a deeper history with Real Estate than most realize. As an actor by trade, Todd decided to use the power of Real Estate & renovation as his long-term plan for financial stability. He began investing in real estate in Vancouver 15 years ago and has gutted and renovated multiple properties over the years — handling everything from the plumbing and electric to paint and flooring. He is currently finishing work on his own home in downtown Vancouver and looking at summer home properties. He is passionate about educating people about the process of home buying and home ownership, teaching them about maximizing the value of their investment (location, renovation and refinancing).
