Our Story
York & James was founded in October 2015 by Tyler Evans. Just six weeks after welcoming her first child, James, Tyler was presented with an opportunity to start her own talent agency.
While the timing of this was precarious, Tyler’s passion for building brands and turning her clients vision(s) into workable realities provided her with the ambition she needed to forge forward.
In 2019, Meg Blank joined the team, bringing her background in PR to the company. Her knowledge and experience working with consumer brands offered a unique opportunity for York & James clients. Since inception, York & James has prided itself on relationship management both with their clients and with brand partners. Megan’s background further supported our ability to develop mutually beneficial partnerships and project opportunities for Y&J talent and the brands we work with.
As the digital landscape continued to grow and evolve, York & James identified a need for dedicated project coordination and was thrilled to welcome Maggie Eisenhardt to the team in 2021 to oversee this responsibility.
Meet the Team

Tyler Evans
Founder & CEO
Tyler Evans is a mother, wife and businesswoman, who is passionate about brand development and bringing her client’s vision to fruition. She is the Founder & CEO of York & James Talent Management and Co-Founder of The Jilly Box Inc.
Tyler’s passion for establishing unique brand identities and cultivating strategic partnerships has helped foster hundreds of successful brand partnerships, speaking engagements, book deals, product collaborations, licensed product lines and new business ventures, including the hugely successful Jilly Box!
Her agency offers a unique approach to leveraging their client’s skill sets, passions and personal values to help establish and grow individual brand identities that will stand out amongst the crowd.
Tyler has worked with a wide-range of talent, spanning television, social media, published authors and more.

Meg Blank
Agent
Meg has been on the York & James team for over five years, initially joining as a Project Manager before transitioning into her current role as a Talent Agent. With a versatile skill set, Meg supports clients through the entire negotiation process, contract development, and the project management of partnerships and collaborations between talent and brands, ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion.
Her approach is deeply rooted in building authentic and exciting opportunities for talent, working collaboratively to identify and bring these visions to life.
Meg has a decade of experience in client services, beginning her career in public relations before fully dedicating her expertise to talent representation. A graduate of Fairfield University, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and a minor in Management, equipping her with strong communication and client service skills that have been key to her success in shaping strategic initiatives and navigating client needs.

Maggie Eisenhardt
Brand Partnership Coordinator
Maggie studied marketing at the College of New Jersey and began her career working in Print Production at JCDecaux, the world’s largest out-of-home advertising agency. Here, Maggie worked within the large format print production team as the main point of contact between internal sales teams, advertising clients and print vendors to manage the completion of campaigns in NYC, Chicago, LA, Boston, Miami and San Francisco.
Maggie joined the York & James team in 2022 as the Brand Partnership Coordinator. At Y&J, Maggie manages brand partnerships, collaborations and other projects for all clients. Starting with production development through to launch roll out, she ensures clear communication and expectations with clients and brand partners. Maggie enjoys creating meaningful and long-term relationships with brand partners, while fostering existing relationships with all clients.
